Refunds are only being issued in the following cases:

1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The actual item is defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit  

Any refund request outside of the above stated, will be refunded via store credit after approval.

Store Credit and Gift Cards

Purchases made with an e-gift code or store credit are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Returns will only be refunded the amount paid after the applied e-gift card (excluding shipping costs, which are always non-refundable). Once an e-gift code or store credit is applied at checkout, it’s considered redeemed and cannot be reactivated or replaced.
